Information I use

When you contact me or purchase sessions, I may receive and use:

  • Your name and email address.

  • Information you choose to share about your idea, project or support needs.

  • Booking, payment confirmation and transaction details.

  • Billing information needed to issue the relevant receipt or invoice.

This information may come directly from your emails or from Stripe when you make a payment.

Contact and billing details necessary to arrange and provide a purchased service are required for that purpose. Please share only project information relevant to the support you need.

How and why I use your information

I use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver sessions, prepare project proposals, manage payments and maintain required business records.

The legal bases for these activities are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing our agreement and complying with legal obligations. Where necessary, I also rely on legitimate interests in managing business correspondence and establishing or defending legal claims.

Your contact details are not used for newsletters or subscription marketing.

Payments through Stripe

Payments are processed through Stripe’s hosted payment pages. I do not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

I can access customer and transaction information provided through Stripe to confirm your purchase, arrange your sessions and manage billing.

Stripe also processes personal data under its own privacy policy:

Service providers and sharing

This website is hosted by Wix. Wix may process technical information associated with visiting and operating the website.

Relevant information is also processed through Stripe and the email service used for our correspondence. Billing records may be shared with accounting professionals or public authorities where necessary to meet legal obligations.

I do not sell your personal data.

International processing

Service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, these transfers must be covered by recognised safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can contact me for further information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

How long information is kept

I retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

The retention period depends on whether an enquiry leads to a collaboration, whether information is needed to deliver or administer that collaboration, and whether records must be retained for accounting, tax or legal purposes.

Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, unless continued retention is legally required.
